Getting Started

How do I create an event?

Tap "Create Your Event" from the dashboard or digivite.app. Describe your event and AI will generate a custom page with visuals, music, and sections. Share the link with your guests.

How do guests access my event?

Share your event link (digivite.app/your-event-slug) via WhatsApp, email, SMS, or print QR codes for the venue.

What happens when I publish?

Your event page goes live at its unique URL. Guests can view it, RSVP, chat, and upload photos immediately.

Guests & Groups

What are guest groups?

Groups let you organize guests into meaningful circles like Family, Friends, Colleagues, or VIP. Each group can have its own chat channel, announcements, and album visibility.

How does RSVP work?

Guests can RSVP directly from your event page. You can track attendance, plus-ones, and dietary notes from the Guests tab.

Can I import guests from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Go to the Guests tab and use the CSV import feature. Map columns for name, email, phone, and group.

Photos & Media

How do guests upload photos?

Guests can upload directly from the Gallery tab on your event page, or scan a QR code at the venue to access the upload page instantly.

How do QR upload codes work?

Each event has a unique upload URL (digivite.app/your-event/upload). Print QR codes pointing to this URL and place them on tables at the venue.

Can I moderate guest uploads?

Yes. Enable gallery moderation in your event settings. Uploads will be held for review before appearing publicly.

Channels & Chat

What are channels?

Channels are group chat spaces within your event. You can create channels for different purposes — General Discussion, Announcements, Family, Logistics — and scope each to specific guest groups.

How do announcements work?

Post announcements from the Announce tab. You can target all guests or specific groups. Pin important announcements to keep them visible.

Recap & Archive

What is the event recap?

After your event ends, AI generates a narrative recap with stats, highlights, and a summary of what happened. It is published at your event page under the Recap section.

Can I download all the photos?

Yes. Request an archive export from your event settings. All approved photos will be packaged into a downloadable archive.

Pricing & Plans

Is Digivite free?

Yes. Create events, invite up to 50 guests, and collect photos for free. Upgrade for more guests, storage, livestream, and premium features.

What plans are available?

Essentials (up to 200 guests), Celebration (up to 350 guests + groups + livestream), and Grand (up to 1,000 guests + team + recap). See digivite.app/pricing for details.
